1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the personal account You create with sabi4d to access our gaming services, identified by a unique username and password.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any stake placed on a game, sporting event, or other gaming activity offered on the Platform, including but not limited to sports betting, casino games, live dealer games, and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery).
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or other incentive offered by sabi4d, subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "Deposit" means any transfer of funds from Your personal bank account, e-wallet, or other payment method into Your sabi4d Account balance.
• "Services" means all gaming, betting, account management, payment processing, and customer support services provided by sabi4d through our website and mobile applications.
• "Withdrawal" means any transfer of funds from Your sabi4d Account balance to Your designated bank account or e-wallet.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity verification process requiring You to submit valid identification documents such as Indonesian national ID (KTP), proof of address, and selfie verification.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Residency Requirements

To create an account and use sabi4d services, You must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. sabi4d strictly enforces age verification and will immediately close any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia with a valid Indonesian national ID card (KTP).
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Indonesian law.
• You must not be self-excluded from gambling activities on sabi4d or any other gambling platform.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.

2.2 Account Creation

When registering for a sabi4d account, You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information including Your full legal name (as shown on Your KTP), date of birth, mobile phone number, email address, and residential address.
• Maintain and promptly update Your account information to keep it accurate and current.
• Create only one (1) account per person. Multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts created using false identities will be closed and all funds forfeited.
• Keep Your username and password confidential and secure. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted under Your account.
• Not allow any other person to use Your account or credentials.
• Notify sabi4d immediately if You suspect unauthorized access to Your account.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

sabi4d is committed to preventing underage gambling, money laundering, fraud, and identity theft. As part of our regulatory obligations and security procedures, We require all Users to complete KYC verification before making their first withdrawal. You agree to:

• Submit a clear, unaltered photo or scan of Your Indonesian national ID card (KTP) showing Your full name, photo, ID number (NIK), date of birth, and address.
• Submit a selfie photograph holding Your KTP next to Your face for identity confirmation.
• Provide additional documentation if requested, including proof of address (utility bill, bank statement) or proof of payment method ownership.
• Allow sabi4d to verify Your identity through third-party verification services and government databases.
• Complete KYC verification within 30 days of account creation, or Your account may be suspended until verification is completed.

Failure to complete KYC verification or submission of false, fraudulent, or altered documents will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all account balances.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposits

sabi4d accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI, Bank Permata) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). By making a deposit, You acknowledge and agree that:

• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 (fifty thousand Indonesian Rupiah). There is no maximum deposit limit unless otherwise specified.
• All deposits must originate from a bank account or e-wallet registered in Your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be returned.
• Deposits are processed instantly during banking hours (08:00-20:00 WIB, Monday-Friday). Deposits made outside these hours or on weekends and public holidays may be delayed until the next business day.
• sabi4d does not charge deposit fees, though Your bank or e-wallet provider may impose transaction fees.
• Deposits are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) only. Any deposits received in other currencies will be converted to IDR at prevailing exchange rates, and You will bear any currency conversion fees.
• All deposited funds are intended for gaming purposes only. sabi4d is not a financial institution and does not offer banking, savings, or investment services.

3.2 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of Your available account balance at any time, subject to the following terms:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for verified accounts.
• Your account must be fully KYC-verified before Your first withdrawal. Subsequent withdrawals are processed automatically for verified accounts.
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in Your own name, matching the name on Your KTP.
• sabi4d processes withdrawals within 2-10 minutes for major Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) during business hours (08:00-20:00 WIB, Monday-Friday). E-wallet withdrawals (OVO, DANA, GoPay) are typically processed within 15 minutes.
• Withdrawals requested outside business hours, on weekends, or during Indonesian public holidays (including Idul Fitri, Nyepi, Independence Day, Chinese New Year) may be delayed up to 24 hours depending on Your financial institution's processing schedule.
• sabi4d does not charge withdrawal fees. However, Your bank or e-wallet provider may impose receiving fees or intermediary bank charges beyond our control.
• If You have claimed any bonus, You must meet the bonus wagering requirements before withdrawing bonus-derived winnings. See Section 4 (Bonuses and Promotions) for full details.
• sabi4d reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing large withdrawals (exceeding Rp 10,000,000) or if fraudulent activity is suspected.

3.3 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy

sabi4d is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. As part of our AML obligations:

• You must wager Your deposited funds at least once (1x rollover) before requesting a withdrawal. Deposits withdrawn without any gaming activity may be subject to administrative fees.
• We monitor all transactions for suspicious patterns such as rapid deposit-withdrawal cycles, unusually large transactions, or structured transactions designed to avoid detection.
• We reserve the right to report suspicious activity to relevant Indonesian authorities.
• Accounts found to be involved in money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activities will be immediately closed and all funds frozen pending investigation.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

sabi4d offers various bonuses and promotional offers to enhance Your gaming experience, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, birthday bonuses, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated in the promotional offer:

4.1 Bonus Eligibility

• Bonuses are available only to verified sabi4d account holders who have completed KYC verification.
• Each bonus or promotion may only be claimed once per person, household, IP address, device, or payment method, unless otherwise stated.
• sabi4d reserves the right to exclude certain players from promotional offers at our sole discretion, particularly in cases of suspected bonus abuse.
• Bonus eligibility may be restricted based on player jurisdiction, account status, or gaming activity.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also called "rollover" or "playthrough" requirements) before any winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., "20x bonus"). For example, a Rp 100,000 bonus with 20x wagering requires You to place Rp 2,000,000 in total wagers before withdrawal.
• Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games (blackjack, roulette, baccarat) may contribute less (often 10-20%). Specific contribution rates are stated in each promotion's terms.
• You must complete wagering requirements within the specified timeframe (typically 7-30 days). Unused bonuses and associated winnings expire after this period.
• Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount only, not the deposit amount, unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms.

4.3 Bonus Abuse and Forfeiture

• Bonus abuse, including creating multiple accounts, collusion with other players, or irregular betting patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements, is strictly prohibited.
• sabi4d reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and close accounts if bonus abuse is detected.
• If You request a withdrawal before completing wagering requirements, Your bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited, and only Your original deposit and any winnings from non-bonus funds will be withdrawable.

5. Game Rules and Betting Terms

5.1 General Betting Rules

When placing bets on the sabi4d platform, You agree to the following:

• All bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or modify a bet after it has been accepted by the system.
• sabi4d reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at our sole discretion, particularly for unusual bet sizes or patterns that may indicate arbitrage, fraud, or exploitation of system errors.
• Bets placed on obvious errors in odds, prices, or game results will be void. If You notice an error, You must report it to customer support immediately rather than attempting to exploit it.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, network interruption, or system error affecting game outcomes or bet settlement, sabi4d reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes.

5.2 Sports Betting

For sports betting markets, including football (bandar bola), BRI Liga 1, international leagues (EPL, La Liga, Champions League), basketball, badminton, and other sports:

• All bets are settled based on the official result at the end of regular time (90 minutes for football, full-time for other sports), unless otherwise specified in the market description.
• Asian Handicap (voor bola) and Over/Under bets follow standard industry rules. Specific rules for each bet type are available in our comprehensive sports betting rules section.
• Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to win for the bet to be successful. If any selection loses, the entire parlay bet loses. If a selection is void (match postponed, canceled, or abandoned), it is removed from the parlay and odds are recalculated.
• Matches postponed or abandoned before completion will be void unless the match is resumed and completed within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time.

5.3 Casino Games and Slots

• All casino games and slots use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent testing agencies. Game outcomes are provably fair and cannot be manipulated by sabi4d or players.
• RTP (Return to Player) percentages are published for all slot games. RTP represents long-term statistical averages over millions of spins and does not guarantee results in individual gaming sessions.
• Malfunctions void all pays and plays. If a game malfunctions during play, the game round will be void and Your stake refunded.
• Live dealer games are governed by the specific rules of each game variant. Dealer decisions are final, though You may request a review if You believe an error occurred.

5.4 Togel (Numbers Lottery)

For togel games (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery):

• Draw results are based on official published results from the specified lottery authority.
• Bets must be placed before the published draw deadline. Bets placed after the deadline will be void.
• Winning payouts are calculated based on the odds displayed at the time of bet placement.
• sabi4d is not responsible for errors in published draw results from third-party lottery authorities.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the sabi4d platform. Violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate account suspension or closure and forfeiture of all account balances:

• Fraud and Criminal Activity: Using stolen credit cards, bank accounts, or identities; money laundering; financing terrorism; or any other criminal activity.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating more than one account per person to circumvent betting limits, claim multiple bonuses, or engage in self-betting.
• Collusion and Cheating: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share information in live dealer games, or engage in chip dumping.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting bonuses through irregular betting patterns, creating multiple accounts, or using automated systems.
• Automated Betting (Bots): Using software, bots, scripts, or other automated tools to place bets or play games.
• Arbitrage Betting: Systematically exploiting odds discrepancies between sabi4d and other platforms to guarantee risk-free profits.
• Chargebacks: Initiating chargebacks, payment disputes, or reversals with Your bank or payment provider after depositing funds. All disputes must be resolved through sabi4d customer support.
• Harassment and Abuse: Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players, customer support staff, or live dealer personnel.

7. Account Suspension and Closure

7.1 Suspension by sabi4d

sabi4d reserves the right to suspend or close Your account at any time if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• We suspect fraudulent, illegal, or suspicious activity on Your account.
• You fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• You are found to be using multiple accounts or sharing accounts with others.
• We receive a legal order requiring us to close Your account.
• Your account has been inactive (no login or gaming activity) for 12 consecutive months.

7.2 Voluntary Self-Exclusion

If You feel Your gambling is becoming problematic, You may request voluntary self-exclusion for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 6 months, or permanently. During self-exclusion, Your account will be locked and You will be unable to deposit funds or place bets. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed until the chosen period expires. 7.3 Inactive Accounts

Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered inactive. sabi4d may charge an administrative fee of Rp 50,000 per month on inactive accounts with balances exceeding Rp 100,000. To avoid inactivity fees, simply log in to Your account at least once every 12 months.

8. Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• sabi4d is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from Your use of the Platform or Services.
• sabi4d is not responsible for losses caused by technical malfunctions, network interruptions, server downtime, third-party payment processor failures, or force majeure events.
• sabi4d is not liable for unauthorized access to Your account resulting from Your failure to keep Your login credentials secure.
• sabi4d does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times or that access will be uninterrupted or error-free.
• You use the sabi4d platform entirely at Your own risk. Gambling involves financial risk and the possibility of losing money.

9. Dispute Resolution

If You have a complaint or dispute with sabi4d, You agree to follow this dispute resolution process:

1. Contact our customer support team via live chat, WhatsApp, or email, providing full details of Your complaint.
2. Our support team will investigate and respond within 48 hours for standard inquiries, or within 7 business days for complex issues requiring detailed review.
3. If You are not satisfied with the initial response, You may escalate Your complaint to our management team for further review.
4. All disputes must be raised within 30 days of the incident or transaction in question. Claims made after 30 days will not be considered.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or Your use of sabi4d services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indonesia. You and sabi4d both agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

11. Amendments to Terms

sabi4d reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to this page. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the Terms were most recently revised. Your continued use of the sabi4d platform after changes are posted constitutes Your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage You to review this page regularly to stay informed of any changes.
